November 16, the front desk attendant on duty (male, about fifty years old) attitude is very bad, loud speech, not respected. I was already check out, back to the hotel to take luggage to the airport,I wanted to ask about the route, I have repeatedly expressed I will late, I will miss the plane. I asked him to help me, just tell me which bus can reach the airport. He refused me because he can't speak english. Then I open the map and iphone, find out how can I go to the airport. He does not speak English I can understand, but his attitude is very bad, speak loudly to me. When I look at the map, he even use the English expression: Let me out, not staying in the hotel. I was just in the hotel restaurant (there is not lobby in this hotel, they are check in or check out in the restaurant ). Simply amazing. Very, very frustrating, can not imagine. I will never go to this hotel. No elevator, stairs very narrow. 没有电梯，楼梯非常窄。11月16日值班的前台服务员（男性，大约五十岁）态度非常恶劣，大声讲话，对人非常不尊重。当时我已经退房，回酒店取行李，想询问一下去机场的路线，我多次表达，我的飞机要赶不上了，请求他帮帮我，只是告诉我几路车可以到达机场。他以不懂英文拒绝我，我随后打开地图和手机，自己查询如何去机场。他不会说英文我可以理解，但他的态度非常恶劣，对我大声讲话，在我查询时，居然用英文表达：让我出去，不可以在酒店停留。我当时只是在酒店餐厅(该酒店没有大堂,只能在餐厅办理入住退房手续)。简直太不可思议了。非常非常令人气愤，无法想象。我再也不会入住该酒店。
